Job Description
For you High
School / Vocational School or Diploma I-III graduates, the Magang Bakti BCA
program is the right choice. You will get knowledge about of banking service
industry as well as experience working with professionals both colleague or
your supervisor. You will also feel experience of working in one of the best
bank in Indonesia, which will equip your future.
In Magang
Bakti program, you will get experience in banking operational and other skills
that will support you to become a professional. Magang Bakti program
prticipants will be tasked as Customer Service or Teller for 1 year period. At
the end of the internship program, participants will be received a certificate
and scholarship.

Requirements
- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Male / female
- Attractive look
- SMA / SMK graduate (average score of semesters 5 & 6 reports minimum 7.0)
- Diploma 1 – Diploma 3, Bachelor degree (minimum GPA 2.50 of 4.00 scale)
- Age 18-25 years old
- Sound mind and body
- Friendly and able to communicate well
- Never involved in drugs abuse and other law violations
- Willing to be placed anywhere at BCA branch in the selection city area
- Passed in selection process
- Willing to not get married during the internship program
- Selection process will be held in Jakarta
